EMU Faculty of Engineering Launches a New Master’s Program on “Construction and Real Estate Management”

Eastern Mediterranean University (EMU), Faculty of Engineering, Department of Civil Engineering started offering education in the new master’s degree program (without thesis) titled “Construction and Real Estate Management”. Approved by the Higher Education Planning, Evaluation, Accreditation, and Coordination Council (YODAK), the said program accepts students from the Turkish Republic of Northern Cyprus (TRNC) and international students. The English-medium non-thesis master’s program consists of 10 courses and 1 project.

The program is designed to provide students with comprehensive knowledge and skills in areas like construction management, environmental impact assessment, cost control, and real estate management. It also aims to elevate quality standards by preparing skilled professionals for the construction and real estate industries.
